As promised earlier this week, we are excited to share the release of our new public roadmap. We hope it reflects our commitment to transparency, accountability, and open communication with our community. We believe that providing clear insight into our plans, with concrete steps and figures, is essential to building trust and ensuring that you are well informed about the future of Mintera.

Reflecting on our achievements

Before we embark on the journey outlined in our new public roadmap, let’s take a moment to reflect on what we’ve accomplished together. It is easy to forget that Mintera did not even exist just a year ago. We are proud of all the milestones we have reached in such a short time, including but not limited to:

• The release of our website and foundational documentation
• The launch of MNTE and the bridge to Arbitrum
• The launch of the Mintera App
• The launch and audit of the GMY product
• The growth of our Mining farm
• The growth of the Mintera community
• Multiple strategic partnerships

We believe that these first steps have effectively built the foundation of our project: a token, a working product, and a community. Our goal now is to build upon this foundation to achieve the larger vision that we have for Mintera.

Key roadmap takeaways

You will notice that our roadmap is divided into 3 main categories: Product, Mining Farm and Marketing. These will be our main focus as we enter the last quarter of 2023 and into 2024.

Product roadmap: major ecosystem improvements

Our product roadmap is the core of our development strategy. The three main items we are focusing on right now are:

• The launch of our NFT collection in Q4 2023: our goal is to release a great collection as a community asset that both represents Mintera and has unique utility in our ecosystem.
• MNTE listed on a DEX before 2024: we understand the importance of launching MNTE on the secondary market, and we plan to make it happen before next year.
• The launch of GMY V2 with improved UX, efficiency, and transparency: we believe our GMY product has great potential but still has several areas for improvement. We want to focus on it to make it Mintera’s true flagship product.

Mining farm: growth, diversification, green energy, and transparency

Our storage-based mining farm is the backbone of the GMY product. We are committed to expanding it in a sustainable and environmentally responsible manner. Improvements can be summarized in three ways:

• Growth: we plan to continue to continue increasing the raw capacity of our farm to increase the revenue we can distribute as GMY rewards.
• Green energy: we are working on a POC to power our farm with renewable hydroelectricity. By 2024 we want to power 100% of our farm with hydroelectricity, with a surplus that can provide a new revenue stream.
• Diversification: we are working to diversify the revenue stream by mining multiple storage-based protocols instead of just Chia.

Marketing roadmap: increasing community engagement

Community engagement and growth are critical to Mintera’s success. Our marketing roadmap reflects our proactive approach to reaching a broader audience and collaborating with quality projects in mutually beneficial settings. In a nutshell, we want to:

• Increase important KPIs: community size, number of holders and users, and amounts staked.
• Nurture our existing community: through reward systems, our NFTs, and activities.
• Attract new users and community members: through partnerships with quality projects and marketing campaigns.

Community engagement: your voice matters

Your voice and feedback are important to us. The release of our public roadmap signifies our dedication to building a community-driven ecosystem. We encourage you to share your thoughts, suggestions, and questions as we take the next steps in our journey together.

As part of our commitment, we plan to continue hosting regular update sessions, Q&A sessions, and AMAs to ensure that you are well informed and actively involved in the development of Mintera.
