Retention periods
Prospect enquiries are retained for up to three years after the last active contact, unless a contractual relationship, legal obligation or need to preserve evidence requires otherwise. You may request earlier deletion under the conditions provided by applicable law.
Cookies and third-party services
A technical security cookie, valid for two hours, protects the form against fraudulent submissions. Protective counters use a technical identifier derived from the IP address. They expire after two hours and are cleared on their next use. The form does not save your enquiry in the website database; it is sent by email.
The website includes no advertising tools, analytics, embedded external videos or maps. Fonts and images are served with the website. Links to third-party sites load those sites only when you open them.
