We have been involved in the blockchain ecosystem for years and we are true believers in the incredible potential of this technology. However, we’ve also witnessed the darker side of some projects: unethical practices, colossal energy consumption and waste, unsustainable fundamentals, and speculation based on hot air.

We are convinced that using responsible, fair, and long-term oriented practices in blockchain can lead to fabulous results. That is why we are creating a financial ecosystem that has a net positive impact for the environment and benefits all parties involved. We are betting on a “regenerative economy”, as we see a future moving away from extractive business models and instead focusing on positive contributions for nature and society.

Security is our utmost priority. The use of the blockchain technology secures all transactions with cutting edge cryptography which makes them theoretically impossible to tamper with. Furthermore, we are implementing security measures such as third-party auditing of our smart contracts, multisig, and safe funds management practices.

Mintera Token is a digital ERC-20 token issued on the Ethereum blockchain. It is the utility token that is used to access all investment products and services within the Mintera ecosystem. It can also be used, sent or traded outside of the Mintera ecosystem.

As an ERC-20 token, you can freely use, pay with, trade, hold and invest the Mintera Token as you see fit.

Within the Mintera ecosystem, MNTE grants you access to all our green investment products, the first being the Green Mining Yield (GMY). Generally, owning Mintera Token is also your entrance ticket to the Mintera community.

After the initial token sale, MNTE can be freely traded on any centralized or decentralized exchange that has it listed. The price is entirely set by the free market and cannot be accurately predicted in advance.

Mintera does not control the price, liquidity or volatility of Mintera Token.

Anyone can join the Mintera community, only those owning MNTE are part of the verified holders token-gated community. Perks include access to private community channels, and access to all present and future Mintera products.

As with any ERC-20 token, you can store your Mintera Token in any wallet that supports ERC-20 tokens, such as Metamask, Trust Wallet, and more.

There is a total supply of 65,000,000 Mintera Token. However, the circulating supply will be lower as a good percentage will be locked for years. The liquid supply will be fully distributed once the initial token sale is complete.

The Mintera Token presale is starting on March 1, 2023 and ending on May 1, 2023.

The Mintera Token Rounds 1 to 4 are starting on June 1, 2023, and ending on August 1, 2023.

As with any investment, there are risks associated with investing in Mintera Token. They include but are not limited to, risk of partial or total loss of the investment, currency risk, technological risk and operational risk.

Green Mining Yield is Mintera’s first publicly available investment product. It allows MNTE holders to stake their tokens and receive a passive income in USDT powered by green mining, with 3 simple steps:

• Stake: block your MNTE in the GMY smart contract using the Mintera App
• Earn: receive monthly passive income in your GMY account
• Claim: get your rewards and initial stake back in your wallet

The yield comes from mining Chia, a green cryptocurrency with a clear focus on its environmental impact, aiming to offer an eco-friendly alternative to Bitcoin.

Mintera has been operating a privately funded Chia mining farm since 2021. Part of the proceeds from the Mintera Token sale will be used to grow our mining operation. This will back the GMY product with real assets and a sustainable yield for the foreseeable future.

The yield is variable and depends on the performance of Chia, as explained in our Performance Sheet.

At the end of each month, we calculate the average price of Chia during the month to determine which performance bracket we will base the amount distributed on.

The GMY smart contract is fully audited by an independent third party. Your stake of MNTE is safe, as it is locked in the smart contract and at no point Mintera has any control over your funds.

You can freely claim your rewards anytime after the 1 month locking period and receive them directly in your personal wallet.
